Lived here a year. The experience was okay. On day of move in, AC didn’t work. It took almost 2 weeks to be fixed. Mind you being 80+ outside. Maintenance was very slow to requests, we complained about our windows for months. Mold around them, large draft. Finally replaced. It was amazing how much our electric bill went down. Parking is a BIG issue here. I hardly ever got to park in front of my own building. Had to walk a good distance. Major potholes when entering complex( finally fixed right before move out)for a long time. Potholes throughout the complex as well. One of my biggest issues/ concerns about the complex was winter. They NEVER attempted to remove snow offside walks or salt! By day 2 or 3 after the snow side walks were solid sheets of ice. There were times I didn’t know how I would get to my car or apartment without falling because it was so bad. They are asking for issues. I have never lived in an apartment complex that didn't snowblow or shovel at least once. The one time they ever plowed the streets was during the ice storm.

Stay as far away from this place as possible. The office staff is abysmal and they rarely go out of the way to fix any maintenance issues you have. We experienced a plethora of issues during our year lease including our Heat and A/C being out for over a month and no working lights in our bathroom for over two weeks due to wiring issues. We are not unreasonable and understand there are certain inconveniences that come with living in an apartment complex. However, the way they ignore major quality of life issues is a problem. Especially when laying over $1100 a month in rent. Look elsewhere if possible.

Do not walk, run away from this place. The day we moved in, the apartment was not ready. We waited for hours to move in. The moment we got our keys, we went to the apartment. The maintenance man was leaving and even said to us, “I’d make them clean it again. This is done horribly.” Not wanting to make a fuss right when I get there ( I should’ve) I went ahead and recleaned the entire apartment after driving 15 hours from the state I used to live. I always keep my home nice and clean and I’ve never had the issue of a black film over anything plastic. I’m not sure if it’s from the fireplace or what’s going on but I’m constantly bleaching and cleaning. To top everything off, they have the bath faucet caulked to where you can only take showers. It’s pretty annoying to clean the shower with only a shower head from 1985 spraying you in the face. Also most of our window screens have holes in them or not even there. We were told they would be replaced soon and that was about 10 months ago. Can’t even keep the windows open without letting bugs in. The next issue a few months later we had a good size rain storm and it completely flooded our garage. When I called them and told them that I had a few items ruined all they told me was “garages are for cars and you shouldn’t store anything in them” and “well they’re not weather proof” well I’m also not paying extra for a pond in my garage but alright. I now keep sand bags in the very front. I had a work order for a new garage seal and they said it was replaced but it for sure was not. It still has holes in it. Another issue is our ac unit keeps on failing. We waited about a month in summer for them to repair it. We had to buy a window unit just to keep it decent. The third time it failed we just went ahead and bought two window units. Ironically our bill has gone down. Another issue is the pool looks disgusting. A lot of the stone work around it has cracked/ fallen off. Also, do not get sucked into the “pond view” because a lot of the pond facing apartments view is in a tree. And PARKING. On our side of the pond there is zero parking. Most nights I have to park three buildings over. They tell you parking isn’t an issue when you’re viewing apartments but it for sure is for most apartments. We have awhile longer here so I’m sure this review will be updated. Stay tuned.

The upstairs neighbors have lied to police about their child, lied to the office about their child, said we've threatened them by going upstairs, which we've NEVER DONE and continually allowed their child to run, jump, pound and bang all over their apartment causing us undo stress, anxiety and sleep. We've been given a 2 week notice to vacate for calling the police about the noise and banging on our ceiling to get it to stop which only makes it happen louder. Why should we suffer consequences for doing what Molly, Emily and Jessica said we should do. We are retired people that were looking for a quiet place and they told us that we would get this or let them know. We've called in and talked with the office numerous times only to be told that there's nothing they can do about it. We didn't want to live under children and they knew that before we moved in and didn't let us know until the noise began upstairs. We were very upfront about everything. This apartment isn't conducive for habitation and that's probably why it was available in the first place. We've asked them to get us a different apartment and they said that there was a waiting list for 2 bedrooms on the first floor...you have to wonder that if that was the case ...how did we get in here so fast? I wouldn't recommend this apartment complex for all the money on God's Green Earth!
