This location is close to my house so I decided to come instead of traveling to Albany. HUGE mistake!!! First I was double charged over $200 and they referred me to my bank. Also, I asked For an iPhone 11 case and was given the iPhone 11 Pro. When I came back the next day they refused to refund or give a credit when they are the ones who gave me The wrong item. Jenna is who got the sales commission from me that day. I can only think this all was done on purpose. The man that works there is super rude. None of them seem to have knowledge of their job: and supposedly the manager quit today. This location should close ALL TOGETHER

Great service, great prices, saved 100's a year by switching from another larger company! To be fair, they could use a few more phone options but there is plenty to choose from (droids and apple). And if they're busy, better off stopping back, they are quick but when you have a line setting up a phone takes a little work. I expect to get a Cricket tattoo soon! : )

Nice young man helped me with the problem at hand. It was complicated but he managed to find a fix for it. Store is small and clean, products on display are easy to access. The store music however, wasn't a favorite of mine. Calypso or Tehano. Hopefully phone is all better now. TY
