I have lived here for several years and find it a quiet place to be - the neighbors all pretty much keep to themselves but are always ready to say "Hello" when I see them. I have had a few maintenance issues but they have all been handled within a day or two.

Don’t live here but just reading the reviews about towing vehicles is absolutely absurd. I’m helping my friend find a place but I’ll definitely keep her away from here.

I am new to this apartment complex, but not new to renting from other apartment complex. I have found the onsite management team easy to approach and thus far easy to work with.

It’s honestly terrible place to live, if you have an accident, you have 24 hours to get it fixed even if it’s just a scratch. They’ll tow your vehicle without warning sometimes, EXTREMELY arrogant and aren’t understanding at all.

There can be no balance owed to a former landlord and the prospective renter must be able to prove 12 months good rental history after the eviction.
