We rented a SUV for 10 days for July 4th family vacation. The check in was very quick and we were happy to get Volkswagen Atlas. On our trip, an object fell off from an vehicle ahead of us and cracked the windshield badly in Alabama. We called customer service and were immediately provided with an exchange at Birmingham airport. We exchanged the vehicle at airport which was very convenient. Next morning, we received an email from Tate asking if we were okay. We were surprised and delighted to read an email coming from Enterprise Manager asking if we were fine. It was an exceptional gesture of him taking some time from his busy work just to check how his customer were doing after the incident. We dropped off the keys yesterday on the box and got an email this morning acknowleding that they had received the keys and thanking for our business with them. Now that is what going above and beyond truly meant. Hats off to Tate and entire employees at this locatio

Tate runs a great location. Every time I was in there the place was busy. He and his staff always greeted you letting you know they will be with you as soon as possible. Handling more than 1 customer at a time yet gave excellent customer service!

TERRIBLE! They gave me the vehicle with notifications saying "Maintenance Required". I looked at the sticker in the car and the last time the oil was changed was at 19,000 miles and I received the car at 34,000 miles. I also was involved in a minor accident where a semi-truck hit the back of the car. I called for help and was just told "I don't know how to help, call corporate." I called corporate and they just told me the branch had to help. So I was being tossed around on the phone while I'm sitting on the side of the interstate with cars zooming by me at 80+ MPH. The police officer at the scene needed paperwork from Enterprise and everything in the car was over 6 months expired. I called the branch and they only made excuses about how they have a lot of cars and they can't keep them all updated. I called guest services to bring up the issues I had and they said they would have an area manager reach out within a few days. Well, 4 days later I still haven't heard anything so I call back and a different support agent says he sees no record on my account that a manager was supposed to reach out. He asks me to explain my issues again and only begins to make excuses about how all of these problems aren't Enterprise's fault. My first experience with Enterprise was a complete disastrous mess and I will likely not use them again.

This Enterprise location is top notch. Courteous and friendly staff that will treat you very well if you show them any respect or decency. They hooked me up for my Honeymoon with an upgrade and honestly we're interested in our trip. I will not go to any other rental agency in Omaha.

Yes you can return earlier. If it is a day or two they will adjust your price. If it is within a few hours then no adjustment but you won't be penalized for bringing it in late.
