Poor experience, i made a reservation, had the confirmation number, and even showed the lady my email stating i had a reservation and she still “could not find it in the system”. Did not make much of an effort to assist me or make sure nothing would be taken out of my account. Was also told they wouldn’t have had the car available for me anyways. BOTH workers left the store at 4:55 when they close at 5:00. It seemed like they just wanted to go home and therefore lied about not being able to find my reservation. Will definitely elevate this horrible experience to a higher level. Would not recommend coming to this location.

If possible I would give Budget as a whole 0 stars. Not only was I transfered a total of 6 times. I was given incorrect information about the cost, additional charges and payments. The customer service was horrible and the phone representatives were very rude. My father was also treated poorly when he tried to pick up the rented vehicle. I do not recommend this rental service.

The shuttle drivers were very helpful both to and from the airport. Very fast and easy in and out to the airport and back. The cashier was very helpful as well. She told us that next time we should reserve directly so we don't have to pay the fee online.

Terrible service! We did not get the vehicle reserved and what we got instead cost double the gas to travel to the same place we traveled last year. I WOULD NOT recommend renting a car from this company in general.........I say this because this is not the first time I have experienced not even substandard service with this company.

Yes, there is a shuttle. If you make a reservation, the shuttle will follow your car to your self-selected parking spot, assist you with your luggage, and drop you off at the terminal door closest to your airline. If it is a busy time, you may have to shuttle with other passengers and make multiple terminal stops.

They are very accommodating I couldn't get my cell phone to locate my confirmation and they still gave me the on line discount. I make sure I park here every time I fly out
Make a reservation on their website first and you'll get a discount. I was gone for exactly one week plus a couple hours and I paid $38.50
Drop the keys in the Rental truck return key box. Just make sure you lock the car doors.
