Absolutely worthless. I called them because they professed to practice in CA (where my accident happened) and yet be able to represent me in WI (where I live). They strung the case along and basically did N-O-T-H-I-N-G for an entire year, or more, after which they referred my case to a firm in southern CA (without conferring with me first) and washed their hands of me, but, ultimately, received a check from that firm when my case later settled (probably for less than it should have, if Lowe Law Group hadn’t left it sitting without action for over a year). The firm in CA, Udall & Vent, went into action immediately and made the most of the case, after which a reasonable settlement was made. I would advise anyone to look elsewhere, though, than Lowe Law Group in UT, for representation.

Yes it does. Utah has a relatively generous time limit of four years from the time that the incident occurred. If you don't file within this time frame, the Utah court may refuse to hear your case. This limit is often longer, however, if someone dies as a result of the accident.
