Beware of using Xfinity Stream. I was originally told that I could stream the live TV channels I pay good money for from Xfinity with my internet subscription that I also pay them for without it affecting my data cap. Turns out, even though you are using their app, their tv service, and their internet - they still meter how much you can watch of their service counting against your 1.2 TB. I thought I could comfortably leave the tv on streaming from their channel line up only to be greeted with a warning that I went over my data cab, which was solely from their Xfinity stream app. Absolute garbage.

I just had the worst experience talking to an operator about an internet connection. I had asked them to give details and this operator Jason (QIS) just kept going on and on about their plans and jumping right to payment. Which honestly sounded like talking to a computer not a person. I clearly told him I needed just internet and I kept getting asked to connect security, landline and switching my phone to their service. That’s not what I wanted and I said that right off bat when I called. What I wanted was internet and I would have gotten it without any questions if there wasn’t this upselling and push to get more services than what I need. I get that you are a salesman and that’s your job but you also have to understand what the customer needs vs what you want to sell. That was insulting. Jason, maybe try to listen to your customer next time instead of just talking and interrupting them with your sales pitch.

If you program your Xfinity remote properly you can control everything!
Yes, they will give you all the equipment that you need in store. You can also return any old equipment in the same store.
From my experience it just takes an HDMI cable, power cable, and optionally an Ethernet cable
They are open 7 days a week 10am-8pm Mon-Sat, and 11am-5pm Sunday
Probably not, more than likely you will need to call the Xfinity Support, if you have to replace hardware this is the place to come
