The water feels great and smells like clean water. It's a great place to come get wet.

Great looking park, clean, no trash and a safe town. Playground equipment looks to be in safe and functional condition.

Had fun ice fishing and sledding with the family.

Fun place to go with family. Swimming, fishing (bluegill, bass, and you'll catch plenty of turtles here too so bring needlenose pliers!!!). The pavilion can be rented for parties and gatherings; but the park is always for everybody. Kids actually socialize here and put down their phones for more than 1 minute. Trails around the upper slope of the pit are not kept up well. Awesome place to sled. I often see boats on the water, but you don't need a boat for decent fishing anywhere at this hole. Early morning and later evening best for landing big fish but skeeters can run you off. If you fish it late morning through midday, fish deep with decent weight or float your bait 2 or 3 feet off the bottom. I've heard big catfish have been landed here but never landed one myself. The turtles add difficulty into landing fish morning to night. A gem in Tecumseh for sure!!

Yes. Licensed fishing is allowed. Saw a big bass jump the other day when I was there. Also, a lot of bluegills/sunfish. Great place to take kids.
