This was my first time working with diggypod and I must say I am just taken aback by the amount of dedication, quality and their ability to work with the customer and keep them involved in the process. DiggyPOD printed several rounds of my book, and at first I was extremely pleased. But their matte finish peels. The owner sent me some replacement books but the problem continued up to a year later and was never addressed. Then one round the cover didn't come out at all like the proof, and nobody even cared to discuss it with me. I used to work in printing, and I know that a result like what I got means nobody even bothered to make sure the cover matched the proof, and they just mailed them to me like that. They are a good value and generally do an okay job, and the owner seems to be honest and earnest, but if you use them you need to stay on top of everything, don't leave any of it up to them otherwise you won't get a good product.
