I haven't seen cars or trucks sold at WSU surplus. I assume the answer is no.

So you can just show up during open hours? No need to filll out papers, call in, or make a request?

No. The university is closed for the rest of the month.

They do not have a list. They have public hours on Thursdays and Fridays from 8 am to 4 pm. Their inventory generally consists of computers, printers, office furniture, and other items that a university would need to liquidate. :)
