Dave the manager Is the best willing to go out of their way to help the customers out. Went over there to buy a new blasting cabinet ,They only had one in stock and he couldn't seem to find it. He took my phone number And called me the moment he found it I will definitely be coming back to this location As long as they have employees as good as Dave.

I like the wide variety of products available at H.F. I needed a replacement part for an old product of theirs which was not available but I, instead, ended up buying 3 items that are utilitarian but I didn't really need. Good for them, bad for me. While in the check-out line the guys in front were admiring a floor jack on display when a 100 lb accessory fell off and almost injured them. The concerned staff investigated to find that a thief had removed a bolt to steal the accessory, but found it too heavy to conceal & carry out! SO SAD that there are people that feel they need to steal.
