Bought a Wicked Tooth Bar and they named that product right, it is wicked, can backdrag and clean an area like nothing, great for digging small roots and trees. UPS lost my first order but EA got another out to me and came through for me.

I bought a pallet fork set and they finally showed up after 5 months covered in chipping and flaking paint, scratches, fading and rust. I immediately brought this to EA's attention and I was insulted by a $50 refund and was told to go buy a can of spray paint and paint it. What a crock. I didn't spend over $1,000 and wait 5 months for a pallet fork frame that is obviously poorly painted with ZERO paint prep work to make the paint last. I ended up spending $350 to have it professionally powdercoated. EA has definitely gone downhill with their customer service and finish quality. I doubt I will buy another implement from them unless I can't get something I like elsewhere. Be very aware: this company filters and deletes unfavorable reviews and posts on their Facebook and website. They blocked my ability to post my troubles on Facebook. They are not transparent nor honest. Response: So their solution was for the forks to be shipped back and I receive a refund. In that instance, I am out 5 months of waiting and still no forks. That's unacceptable. I was refunded $50 so I could spray paint it. That's a bullcrap offer. They failed to mention that the majority of people in the Facebook post about this agreed that the condition was unacceptable and that's when THEY closed and deleted the post and then blocked my ability to post on their Facebook page. I am more than pleased with the grapple I received because that was in excellent condition. Funny how they claim I can't be pleased but I guess that's their go-to excuse whenever someone calls out their shotty paint and customer service.
