This place is a joke when it comes to repair, I would find another Legitimate certified place to take apart your expensive smart phones. Been a 2 week ordeal of frustration and empty promises to fix my cell phone. When I finally get it back my selfie camera is scratched, my thumb print button is set incorrectly and my home screen buttons don't light up any more. And all the manager can tell me is that my phone part is defective. Was working fine when I took it in for a screen replacement. Phone is only 3 weeks old. On top of that I had to return to pick up my sim card cause oddly enough it was not put back in the phone. I was stupid enough to let them fix my wife's phone that worked fine for all of about 20 min after we left the store... They use crap aftermarket parts.... And are full of excuses as its not there fault it's not working... I will now take it to the next level and get my attorney involved which is my next phone call all you had to do was refund my money for your screw ups now it will cost you more

Great service! Went in to get a screen protector and case for my alcatel fierce, great case and a tempered glass screen protector, both seem to be great quailty. Great store, they also do repairs.

Called and got a price on getting pictures off old phone and onto a USB drive. The guy quoted me $20 over the phone, I went in the next morning and they said there is a new price and it will be $30. I turned around and walked out. All the bad reviews are on point. This place is a joke. STAY AWAY FROM HERE. I went up the street to D&R electronix cell phone repair. They told me 40 over the phone and that's what they charged me when I went in. They will have my business from here on out.
