Great experience at this store! I was in and out with a new upgrade. At a different AT&T store I was being sold a bunch of things I didn’t want so when I refused the sales associate pretty much brushed me off and didn’t want to help me. After that I always went to Best Buy to get my phones. But I thought I would give this store a shot since it’s in my neighborhood. The staff was very nice and helpful. Thanks again!

Not sure exactly who we talked to in the store but they weren't real interested in helping us for some reason. we left right away, maybe you can get a different experience, Maybe someone was just having a bad day, we just walked out after 5 minutes with 4 phones ready to change over, And we left with our old phones in hand no bueno

Customer service was not as expected. Walked inside and was not even acknowledged for the 20 minutes I was in there before leaving. Definitely not wasting my time with that store.

The AT&T associate was very helpful, and she explained all of my options. She let me know I was not setup as a veteran in the system and quickly helped me get that resolved. Super friendly and nice. She also explained what deals I would have when my son needs a phone. Definitely coming back to this store.

Yes, we always carry the newest phones from Samsung. Stop by our Riverside location and see them in person.
We usually have enough stock of all the newest iPhone devices and make it easy for you to buy online and pick up in the store.
