On Aug 10, I almost arrived to go out from Newburgh but EXIT 16 was CLOSED WITH NO EARLIER NOTICE AT DRIZZLING NIGHT!Only ONE police car was infront of the closing stools, the sign says use 15A instead but the 15A is more dangerous road at night! I saw no one used the 15a and I used 15 to come back through 87. I also saw few other cars missed the detour entrance and two cars parked aside to check the way to go back on the side, FIVE 911 were passed toward NY while I was driving heading to 15 and coming back to exit 16 which was not often at all. This sudden construction made so many accdidents. They had to give earlier notice to public.. It takes only half an hour to home from Newburgh but I could come back in doubled. It was terrible...
