I just bought a moto phone cell had along list of friends stored in my cell. Went to send a private message to one of them and my friend list was deleted what the heck is going on with this moto cell not worth a dam.angry as hell.

Favorites is usualy stored directly in the phone memory. You should be able to just search your contacts and push the favorite star to bring them to the beginning of the contact/favorite list.

I just bought a phone and added another line. All my paperwork including my receipt was together so I assumed it was in the bag. When I get home there were no receipt. How can I get copies of those? I went to a corporate store so it was not local
