Zero stars but I had to pick one in order to give my feed back. My wife and I were in a car accident and got sent to this facility but I feel we were extremely judged and profiled from the jump. My wife had never been to a chiropractor and had a few questions that seemed to trigger Bobbie Hall who then came around her desk and be little the both of us. We both felt extremely uncomfortable and we let it be known and she told us to leave as she snatched the clipboards out of our hands. Mind you we were sitting on the couch so she was standing above us. The fact that she didn’t apologize and left us feeling traumatized and untreated was extremely unprofessional especially being in the profession she’s in. The receptionist Yvette Diaz had a smile on the whole time which also made us feel uncomfortable. All in all we both left untreated and feeling more stressed then we felt before arriving. I definitely do not recommend anyone to go there.

Bobbie Hall is extremely rude and inhumane. Clearly from the reviews, I’m not the only one who has experienced her traumatic behavior. When you be little and treat people like they don’t matter, any degree you get is out the window. Being a Doctor whose well over the age to know better should know better. The way she treated my husband and I when I was asking questions was extremely unprofessional. It was my first time ever at a chiropractor and it was the worst experience ever. Bobbie Hall *the chiropractor* also stepped up to the both of us and then continued to snatch the clip boards out of our hands. Yvette Diaz the front desk women also was present and I can tell she understood exactly what I was talking about. Bobbie Hall made us all feel extremely uncomfortable. My husband and I were sent to Peak Performance due to a car accident and I left untreated, extremely traumatized, and with more stress then I had when I came in. I would never recommend anyone to come to that office.

"Peak Performance"? Not from my experience. The first time I visited this office (I've been going to Chiropractors for most of my adult life), my so called "adjustment" took less than a minute. I should have seen it coming, because the patient before me went in and came out in about a two-minute period and even commented how fast the treatment had been. That did not inspire confidence, but I kept my second appointment for a week later. When I walked into the office for that second appointment the Doctor had been talking to another patient near the doorway, she looked at me for a brief moment and didn't so much as give me a nod. No big deal, I understand when someone is in conversation with another person and is focused in the moment. The receptionist was nice enough and promptly walked me back to one of the treatment rooms. Moments later, the Doctor walked by the treatment room, and directly looked at me. Even though I was standing less than four feet away from her, she gave no sign that I was even present in the room. She completely ignored me and continued onto another room. Well, that was enough of a sign for me that I was dealing with a person that is at best clueless, or completely rude and lacking in common human courtesy. Not the kind of person I want treating my body. So, I cancelled the session, left and will never go again.

Unresponsive and unprofessional. I called the business a few weeks ago. The receptionist told me to email a copy of my ID and insurance. I did. I week passed and no response, so I called again. They claimed not to have been able to open it because “windows was outdated.” Fine. I drove to the location and they copied my insurance and ID. It’s been over a week and still no response. The women at the front office were surprisingly unfriendly and seemed out of their depth with how to contact insurance. It’s also important to note that neither of them were wearing masks while Riverside is still in the purple tier. I asked if their massage therapists wore masks and they said they would if I asked them to. I’m only giving two stars because the location seemed clean and there was parking. Would not recommend.
