From the moment I drove in, to the moment they dropped off, they were easy to work with. B Street was an approved place by my insurance to get an estimate for the wind damage on my mobility van. I worked with Travis K and he kept me in the loop, worked with my insurance to get it covered under comprehensive coverage, a $200 deductible vs. $500 under collision, which is what my insurance company originally deemed the damages as. He worked with them to explain it was simply wind damage and it happens a lot in Nebraska. I appreciated his thoroughness and status updates throughout the process. Travis worked with his team to get my van back in a little less than 2 days, AND dropped my van off so I didn't have to find a ride to go get it. Fingers crossed I won't have any more damage any time soon, but B Street Collison saved me $300 deductible, plus, the work was less than estimated, and they didn't gouge me by taking what was originally estimated. WOW! Now a company that does that, keeping the customers in mind and our budgets, I highly recommend them! The location I had it serviced was off of F and 132nd streets in Omaha. Thanks again! I would like to take my time to show a great deal of gratitude to this repair shop for providing great service! As a newbie to the accidental fender bender community, unfortunately of course I was very frustrated looking at my vehicle seeing a huge chunk missing where my headlight should be😞. Thankfully via my Insurance agent I was directed to B Street collision! From the start the employees showed me kindness and reassurance that my car is in the right hands. Not to mention, luckily B Street is affiliated with Enterprise so me and my girls got a ride to the rental business to get a nice car (at a great price) while we wait for the repairs to be finished (which I can understand it can take a couple of weeks) But I tell you the wait was definitely worth it! The staff went above and beyond to keep me updated on the repairs and estimated time of completion. B Street you really took care of my baby, her repairs are very impressive and on top of that my vehicle was cleaned from the inside as well! Like come on, it doesn't get any better than that! I got into an accident and brought it to this location. My car was serviced by Justin and his communication and reassurance was amazing! The receptionist was always super nice and helpful whenever I called for questions about my car as well. They said my car would be done in two weeks but they finished it in one and a half weeks. I was so surprised with how amazing my car looked and drove after getting it back. If I ever need work done, I would come here again. Thank you so much B Street family!

Dry wiping can scratch the finish. • Avoid parking under trees and utility lines which are likely to attract birds. - Bird droppings have a high acid content and will damage a freshly painted surface. - Also, tree sap can mar or spot a freshly painted surface. - Do not spill gasoline, oil, antifreeze, transmission fluid, or windshield solvent on the new finish. • Do not scrape ice or snow from the newly painted surface. Scrapers can act like a paint scraper on a newly painted finish."
Do not wax or polish the vehicle in the first 90 days. This will allow the finish to cure completely. After the first 90 days keep a coat of polish or wax on the vehicle. This will help keep your finish looking new.

Wash the vehicle by hand with cool water and a very mild car wash solution using a soft cloth, sponge, or mitt. • Always use clean fresh water. • Wash your vehicle in the shade. • Do not use a commercial brush car wash. Stiff brushes or sponges could mar the finish and damage the surface."

No, it is up to you to decide how many estimates you would like and if you want to discuss the repairs with more than one shop. If you have selected a shop, have your insurance company deal directly with them.
