I personally did not have a good experience with them. I had to pay a 50 dollar fee at rental time. Which I was suppose to get back when I returned the car. I guess i didn't get it back because of accident.. My insurance picked them for my rental car. At the end of 2021 I had gotten into an accident and had to get my car fixed. Someone rear ended me in the rental. They tried to make me pay for it even after the responsible party claimed responsibility. The staff that I talked to when renting the car and after informing her about the rental was not working at that location when I called back with questions and then neither was the second guy. I guess they get moved around

Drove to NY from Omaha NE, and got a fantastic car of 2022 chrysler pacifica which is apt for long trips and had a great trip... Staff were so good and changed the car according to the trip preference. Helpful and considerate. Also their drop off services are great and had a wonderful experience.

Worst place ever to rent a car got transferred to 3 different locations bc they overbooked themselves. while talking to 3 locations nobody once mentioned a 300 security deposit that had to be put of credit card just all around a terrible experience I'll never go back.

Poor, poor service! Recently, tried to rent a vehicle through them, and once arriving to pick up the car, was told they do not accept Debit cards as payment, even though their email confirmation said they did. Then went to the Enterprise location in Millard and didn’t even have an issue, wasn’t questioned at all about the use of my Debit card. Even got a larger vehicle for the same price and the clerk there didn’t charge the additional cost for a second driver.
