A great experience overall using fastbreak for pick up and return. The car was a brand new Ford, drove great, easy on gasoline, very comfortable across several states! Will use Budget again!

DO NOT USE!! I returned the car a half an hour EARLY and they said it was 4 hours late and charged me an entire extra day!! It was due at noon and I dropped it at 11:30am. Not to mention I reserved a sports car and when I got there they had none (then what's the point of RESERVING a car?) so they gave me a Toyota Camry that was a pile of garbage. NEVER USE BUDGET

(Reposted from another location so more people see it) I had a rented a car for a few days about two weeks ago from the dodge location; something came up so I called to cancel it. Per the policy, there is $150 fee deducted from the total, which I was okay with and understood. The associate I had spoken to said "your reservation is cancelled and you will see your refund in 3-10 business days." Come Monday (10 business days) still no refund. I called the corporate number today after being directed there. After waiting for an hour I finally spoke to someone in regards to the situation, seeking my refund (a lot of money). She told me there is "no proof or notes of the cancellation" and that she would "take it up with her supervisor." She also noted she could not assure a refund, even though I had called within a 24 hour period of the pick up time and date. I may get a letter in the mail or something? The connection was spotty and she spoke broken English. Either way, I'm at a loss for words in the way this has been handled. DO NOT rent from Budget if you don't want your money stolen. Bunch of swindlers. P.S. The "email" they provided me to reach out to them about this issue does not exist.

This is my first time to rent from Budget. I’ll be honest, I’m saying the only reason why I rented here, is because many of the other ones were booked. I’m glad they were. The desk clerk, Vicky, was an absolute delight! Very friendly, and conversive as she got my paperwork ready. It was swift and I had no trouble checking the vehicle out and driving off. The car was a treat and I had no problem with it. Returning the car, was a piece of cake as well, and again, Vicky was superb!! If and when I’m back, I’ll be using Budget again because of your customer service. Thank you!

Yes but let give a tip. Enterprise and Hurtz will usually let you and charge will be based on how many will it take you.

After arriving at the airport, you'll proceed to the Budget Car Rental and Truck Rental lot. Then pay according to customer service rep. Be sure to hop onto the Budget Shuttle to get there. Exiting any numered door, you can catch it.
