Ben and his coworker were good to me, even went out of their way for me with a part I messed up, gracious of Ben; you don't see many gracious business people in these days. If I had a friend who needed a locksmith, I'd send them here! They have a handicap spot right in front on the side.

Brought my own fob in. After trying to program it, it was realized it was the wrong one. Charged me 65 bucks for that. Key was cut to be a valet key. Was told on the phone by Ben that they knew "what to cut and what not to cut". Obviously not true. I have had two conversations on phone with Ben. Both were dismissive and condescending. I didn't spend the money on the right one from there because of that. Most employees didn't show up on time. There are a lot of locksmiths out there. Shop around.

Yes we program vehicle key and fobs, also proximity (smart) keys.
Yes, most definitely. Hint: Make sure you do your research before purchasing as not all keys are the same, they might look the same but they are internally configured for a different model year vehicle.
