I am VERY happy with my recent experience buying a fridge from Hugo's. EVERYONE was sold out of two models that I was intersted in. (Covid has disrupted a lot of supply chains, and there has been a huge demand for large appliances that ARE in stock, because so many people have done major home renovations and makeovers during the pandemic.) The saleman at Hugo's was incredibly helpful in finding an in-stock model that was close to the other models that I was looking at. He also worked with his delivery team to get our new fridge delivered much faster than anyone else in the area was able to. The delivery crew was also fanstastic. They were friendly, professional, efficient, and were very careful and respectful of our property, despite the logistical challenges of getting such a large item into our older house. They also took away our old fridge at no additional charge. I will definitely be calling Hugo's again the next time that we need to replace a large appliance.

We went in because our fridge was broken. They were extremely helpful and even gave us advice on how to try fix our current fridge with the manufacturer warranty, even though we weren't the original purchasers and the fridge was 4 years old. These guys are great and we will 100% go here in the future. Way better service than you will get at a large chain store.

I cannot say enough good things about Hugos! Al helped us select the perfect appliances for our new home. Joe and his delivery team drove all the way out central Mass. on a Friday afternoon to deliver and install them. It was an all-around great experience and I would highly recommend Hugos!

I recently purchased a dishwasher from Hugo’s. They were easy to work with, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised to find out they had the dishwasher I wanted in stock and was able to drive away with it. (FYI Home Depot and Lowe’s are not delivering for well over a month). Also, their prices are great. The model I purchased is being sold at Hone Depot for over $200 more.
