I recently purchased a small Oriental rug here. They could not have been more accommodating. I ended up with exactly what I wanted, even though when I went in, I wasn't sure what that was. It looks awesome and I couldn't be more pleased.

We had a great experience with David and his team. We have a large, 100+ year old rug, about 12'x10'. Before we brought it Melrose Oriental Rug, it was in disrepair, many large holes that needed to be patched and a lot of work needed around the edges. They finished it a week early and the results were excellent! Great to have it back in our living room.

Melrose Oriental Rug cleaned our living area rug and we are very happy with the results. The rug looks/feels clean and refreshed, and the pile is no longer dented from heavy furniture. These folks are rug professionals! The process was very easy. I called the store before bringing in the rug. They asked a few questions about the size and condition, and provided a cost estimate. We brought the rug into the store, and picked it up two weeks later.
