Great swim instructor! Very patient and I didn’t feel anxious at all being new to the water. I felt like I received focused one on one instruction even though I was in a group.

It is really great place for swimming class. Very clean and honest tutors. They have an notice outside says “No shoes 👞 in pool area “ but, some parents doesn’t know how to read.. also a saw a private event there, all people had their shoes on. Staff did not tell them anything. If they consider, it would be awesome.

Convenient location in Melrose’s downtown. Staff is friendly, for the price you get a broad variety of classes. Pool is in decent condition and water in warm. Only caveat is I wish they had more options for family swim.

Staff is super friendly and helpful, facility is clean and with good maintenance, it's easy to park nearby. I'm meeting nice people and making good friends there. I'm going every week and I'm loving it.

Yes! Parking is located behind the building. The easiest way to access the lot is via E. Foster Street!
Yes. Weds. Evening and Sunday morning. Check website for class schedules.
All classes are for all ages and abilities at the Y. Mat Pilates is offered and the instructor would be able to give you modifications if needed. There is also a Stay Fit class Tuesdays and Thursdays that is a Senior class. Gentle Yoga on Fridays at 10am is also specifically geared to Seniors.
