Why shop local? Our stove of under 12 months died. I called and TALKED TO A PERSON in service. As promised, a technician was SENT OUT THAT DAY, diagnosed the problem and ordered the replacement part. Two days later I RECEIVED a call that the part was in, and asking: when was the best time for the technician to install. The same technician arrived, installed the new board. But the diagnostics with the new board showed another issue with my electrical service. THE TECHNICIAN CALLED an electrician (another company), and explained the issue. The electrician came WITHIN 1 HOUR from the call, and replaced the circuit breaker in the electrical box. The call was finished in LESS THAN AN HOUR.It works! About 30 minutes after the electrician left, GRAY'sTECHNICIAN called to see how the situation was progressing. ......... think I'll get the same service from a BIG BOX STORE? Dave

We had an excellent first-time buying experience at Gray's. We are in the midst of a kitchen renovation and had ordered our appliances elsewhere based on our contractor's recommendation. Unfortunately, our induction cooktop went on backorder, and the other appliance store let us know incredibly late and was unable to assist us in securing an alternate model. (Or at least did not put in much effort to help, which is highly disappointing...especially given the size of our broader appliance purchase.) However, Paul at Gray's came to our rescue! I spoke with him on Wednesday, and he was able to secure a Bosch cooktop that was arriving by Friday. WOW! So three days later, we have our cooktop, and we can now get our countertops cut and continue our renovation. Phew! THANK YOU, Paul, for your excellent service. I would highly recommend shopping at Gray's based on our experience.

Wow Gray's is amazing! My wife and I recently bought a new house and we needed new washer and dryer. Gray's came though for us. The set we purchase was a lemon. So I called DJ "hey this unit is bad can I swap it for the Electrolux set?". DJ was able to make it happen and I paid the difference for the new set. Then our kitchen appliances started to go one by one and Gray's saved the day. The pandemic has caused a lot of manufacturing delays yet Gray's has kept us up to date as appliances became available. 1st the dishwasher, then stove and microwave and finally yesterday the fridge and trash compactor (3 separate deliveries). Gray's handled things with grace, humor and such amazing flexibility. The Delivery guys were great, install Technicians, DJ and Amy. Such a great crew all around. They came out to my house so many times to adjust to the pandemic manufacturing setbacks. I'm so glad I used Gray's They treat you like family. Great stuff. I have always had excellent service from the team at Gray's. I've purchased many appliances from Gray's in the past 25 years and they have always been super helpful in assisting me when selecting the right appliances and never overselling. Their sales team members are knowledgeable and friendly - and never aggressive. When I've needed service - they've been top notch as well. They've even walked me through simple checks by phone so that I didn't need a service call at all and they never charged me. You won't go wrong here and you'll be supporting local business too.

Yes, the removal of the old unit is included in our $70 delivery fee.
Unfortunately it is not. Today's new machines have strict regulations regarding how much water they can use!
I recommend turning the power off to the unit and having it serviced.
