Went to get a lab test.I called before hand, they said come on in.I talked to a Chinese girl. When we got there they weren't open.I wasn't feeling good but wanted to get it done.Dont ever get anything at this pharmacy. They started to say I had the wrong store.I had the address and phone # on my phone. If they lie about this, who knows what else they might.lie about.

I'm not sure what has happened to this location in the last year or so but it is disastrous as far as the pharmacy is concerned. Phone waits of over 45 minutes and I'm on my 3rd try to get my prescription picked up. Inside are lines...outside tonight 10 cars. 1 car moved in 12 minutes. They now evidently close at 7??? I came straight after getting off work early just to get my prescription and with the early close and 10 cars just sitting at 6:30 I did not stand a chance. I'll try again before work in the morning and hope it's not an hour wait! The staff was friendly enough when I do get to speak with them but their setup is in dire straights and needs fixing!!! I'll be trying somewhere else (fingers crossed) after going there for 8 years for my prescription. I sincerely hope corporate is reading and taking these comments seriously.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. I have been using Walgreens for over 20 years to fill my families prescriptions. I will receive alerts my prescriptions are ready and then they seem inconvenienced when I show up to pick them up and they aren’t ready. Most of the time they play stupid like I did something wrong on my end. I left the hospital last night with pneumonia and severely needed my prescriptions to be able to sleep and recover. Unfortunately, they decided to close at 7 instead of the listed time of 10pm. Then, being a Sunday they didn’t open until 10am so I had to wait to be able to get them. Right at 10am I began calling to see how soon I could get them. I sat on hold for 20 min and they picked up and hung up on me. I called back stayed on hold 30 min and again picked up and hung up on me. I called again and no answer for another 20 min. I decided to call the store manager and he then informed me they had no one there and closed the pharmacy for the day. As painful as it was to go through the night for myself without prescriptions, I can’t imagine someone that had a life threatening situation. These people do not care about their customers or their well being and because of this I will never use a Walgreens pharmacy in the future and neither will my family. It would have been easy to pick up at another location but the problem being it was a controlled substance and They would not allow it to be filled at any other location

First time we have gotten vaccines in a retail pharmacy. The pharmacist was absolutely awesome. We had some hiccups getting registered and she patiently worked through the system glitch. Shots were a breeze! Addendum-a few days later, took a friend who doesn't have transportation to get her booster. She was told her Medicare card was outdated and they could not put her in the system without it. Would they tell us why she could not get the FREE shot? They did not. After research, I determined they will only give you the shot if they can charge an insurance company a fee. No wonder people are delaying getting vaccines. Some people have limited resources and work schedules that don't allow them to get to the health departments during the week. Changed my mind about this pharmacy.

This one is open until 8 pm but the Walgreens on Vivion Road has a 24 hour pharmacy which I often use.
