Wow....you Kansas Citians can be HARSH! Beg to differ, but this Pharmacy....especially with Anna on duty....was EXCEPTIONAL! Okay...agree their phone system is a mess, so, went in person, not expecting much....Out-of- Towner here, had forgotten to bring one of my dozen medications with me. She called my Forida Pharmacy, had the RX transferred,and filled it all within 30 minutes!!

There are a lot of bad reviews on here for the pharmacy.. so I just wanted to post about my review.. these guys definitely deserve a lot more credit than the reviews give them they are short-staffed and they work as hard as they can I have never had a bad experience that's not due to them being understaffed and overworked they can only go so fast so the wait times may be longer if they are only working at half staff.. but they've always been nice and friendly and taken the few minutes that I needed for whatever they were helping me with I think they did a great job and do every time I'm in there keep up the good work guys

I ordered a photo print and scheduled for pick up. The pick up was supposed to be ready by the night of that day. I went there to pick up many times, they always had an excuse and said the photo is not ready.

Pharmacy was a lot less disorganized than I thought it would be based on other reviews. They could definitely work on organization but everyone was so nice. My main issue is that we signed up for the flu shot online (to be administered with our booster shot) and that got disregarded. By the time I realized we weren’t getting flu shots, she suggested signing up for it at the front pharmacy desk. At that point there was a long line and we needed to get back to work. Otherwise, not a terrible experience!
