This pharmacy is awful. On MULTIPLE occasions they notify that our Rx is ready, show up to pick up. 7 people behind the counter and a short line just to be told our Rx isn’t filled and we would wait another 20 min. An hour later we finally leave with no Rx in hand. Horrible customer service DO NOT GO HERE

They always have Only one lane open of the two causing a back-up all of the time. Long wait times especially because of the Covid testing being done in the one lane. Such an inconvenience. Also, one of the female techs is very rude & unprofessional and likes to Insinuate customers are lying over the littlest things like saying I didn’t call & talk to them when I had proof on my cell phone caller I.d. Of over a 14 minute call to their direct phone line. There has not be one CVS that I have gone to that is kind, professional or speedy. What a joke. I Only go there because my insurance requires it. About to drop all of them!

If you remotely care abt your mental health, don’t work here. Pharmacy has egotistical lead/managing team, double standards, racism, and sketchy stuff going on. 1 star is plenty.

I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND USING THIS PHARMACY! THEY DONT CARE ABOUT PEOPLE OR CUSTOMERS, I will be moving my prescriptions and NEVER BE USING THEM AGAIN! They said the hours are not right on the website and answered the phone but was told to call back after 2pm because they don't open until 2pm. What pharmacy opens at 2pm? Don't worry I don't need my insulin.
