Mask mandate is OVER! U shouldn't deny someone service, cause they chose not. Customer service is terrible, have you standing for up to 5 mins due to they on the phone. In my past profession, u put the patron on hold while u conduct business with a in person in your establishment. Common courtesy is what it's called or acknowledge you see them and will be with them shortly! Not hard at all!
