My onboarding went good but their attendance policy is for children. Adults have issues to resolve occasionally and missing a few days shouldn't end employment, especially if work is slow. My temp job changed after starting an assignment then they lowered my pay without notifying me. Also, the recruiter was not responsive after I tried to get another assignment. Don't hesitate to quit without notice for this company.

just now NEW OMGOSHH!!! What can I say about RPC and it’s people ERIKA AND DANIEL. I applied for a position in April 2022, I received a phone call from Erika who was amazing. She explained who she was and the position along with what the employer was looking for in a candidate. When I say that RPC was amazing. Erika prepared me for my panel Interview with the chosen company by letting me know what kinds of questions would be asked. After my interview (the very same day) Erika called me and checked in to see how everything went, that was so great cause she was able to help ease my nerves and gave me SO MUCH ENCOURAGEMENT. The next day Erika informed me that I had offers O had questions about the different positions before I choose , she called the contracted client and asked the questions for me and I was able to choose one that O thought best fit me. My first week she texted me everyday and checked on me, AND brought me lunch the same week. I have NEVER worked with an agency who wanted to see me win as much as RPC, and now I’m permanent with that same employer. Give RPC a shot they will NOT disappoint you. Erika and Daniel are amazing. Thank you RPC for helping me win and caring about me as a person.
