The lead pharmacist (female) must teach a class on how to be rude because she is very good at it. Completely condescending and her customer service skills are the worst. She seems to rub off on some of her employees as well. If it wasn’t for the convenience factor, I would go somewhere else. I wish there was a Walgreens closer to my house.

They're gouging people $38.99 for at home covid tests, they routinely tell me they will fill my prescriptions then text me, yet they never do. A couple if the staff at the front counter are great, unfortunately not enough to make up for the remarkably rude ones that tend to be there mid-day.
