Went there for a Covid19 rapid test and found out they can’t handle it after many phone calls to verify, the place is a dive and looks like they can get out of the building in a couple hours, place should be shut down, I won’t even get into what I heard from the customers before me because Privacy is not an issue there

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Lancaster location. They ruined our vacation. The first thing they have you do is sign a disclaimer stating that they will not refund your money if your results are not back in 72 hours. The reason they do this is because they have so many problems meeting this commitment. They also don’t tell you that their testing lab is in Florida. Our test samples and six other peoples sample were lost in transportation. We had to cancel our trip because we missed our flight due to the delay and by the time we received the results we were outside of 72 hr country requirement. The irony of it all is that everyone (airline, hotel, resort) all refunded our money except Passport to Health and they were the ones that caused the problem. All they did was blame the transportation company that they hired! And they even told me the transportation company told them that they don’t have this problem with anyone else, just them🤷‍♀️ I will never use them again. Use 15 to Know.
