I’ve only been here for about 3 months but everyone in the office is definitely top notch. Always so helpful and so nice. I haven’t used all the amenities but the pool and hot tub being open all year round is such a nice thing to have. I didn’t rate 5 stars because I personally do not like the carpet in the living room but overall, it is a nice place to live. Quiet, close to a lot of grocery stores and restaurants. The neighbors are friendly.

I have been there for two years and moved to another city for a new job. I'm glad and proud to call this home. The staff and maintenance people are really helpful and always reply to emails on time. The position of this apartment is pretty good, it's close to each market like Costco, Walmart, BestBuy, Target and Petsmart. Also if you are an Asian, there are two Asian markets and one Chinese restaurant around. The place is peaceful and quiet, and I love to live there.

Actually I worked there for a couple of weeks during a transition. You get to see how the inner working really are. Jose and his maintenance team are very good at their job. The office people are very friendly and professional. Even when there is nobody in the office but them. Usually there is some gossiping but not here. Lisa is the manager and she runs a great ship.

My wife and I have lived here since the end of March 2019, and we've loved it so far. The office staff has always been friendly, helpful and quick. The apartments are nice, with some great amenities such as granite style counter tops, black cabinets, a kitchen pantry, multiple storage closets and a good amount of space. Any problem we've had with our apartment was resolved fairly quickly. Even when we first moved in, our washer stopped working one weekend. As soon as maintenance was in on Monday or so, they checked it out and determined we needed a new one. They had the new one delivered as quickly as possibly (a day or two) and then removed the old and installed the new for us. No hassle for us. The rent prices are actually considerably fair for the neighborhood Whispering Hills is in, and the amenities they offer. Most complexes around this section of Overland Park cost as much as our two bedroom does for a one bedroom; and they don't offer the same or better amenities. What they offer weighs out very fairly all factors considered. They keep the property as a whole very well maintained, clean and updated. Honestly, this is our first time renting an apartment and we were both nervous because you hear so many horror stories about apartment complexes looking great and falling short, but thus far, this has been far from our experience at Whispering Hills. We plan on continuing to live here as long as we can, until we decide to get a house or town home and we would recommend to anyone to move to this property.
