I recently visited the Antioch crossing apartments and I have never had such an exceptional experience dealing with any other apartment complex! The leasing department, "Kelsey" the property manager especially, made the experience so easy, stress-free, and pleasant. So much so that I had to come on here and tell about it. Thank goodness for the honest reviews. I was gonna apply here, but not anymore! I'm trying to get away from a roach haven, not move into a worse one. I know they can't necessarily help having disgusting residents, but still make an effort to clean the place up! This is the type of property management that simply doesn't care about having a horrrible reputation. It especially sucks for those of us with housing vouchers looking for a clean decent place to call home.

I am not a resident here as I couldn't qualify, but I have toured many places and this has by far been the best experience! Deonnah was patient, understanding and thorough. I didn't feel like just another prospective tenant. She literally tried every avenue to help me. I was able to email and talk with her. She returned both quickly. While walking to the unit she explained about renovations and new things coming. It sounded to me as if she genuinely cares about this community. The unit I saw was a 2 bedroom and spacious and well updated. I loved the kitchen! I highly recommend Antioch Crossing!

JUST DISGUSTING I WOULDN'T GIVE THIS PLACE ANY STARS! I REALLY REGRET MOVING HERE...I ONLY BEEN HERE FOR 4 MONTHS AND I HAVE EXPERIENCE SOME NASTY STUFF, ESPECIALLY WITH RODENTS AND ROACHES. THIS PLACE IS NOTORIOUS FOR THEM. CANDACE HAD TOLD ME THAT THERE WASN'T ANY PEST HERE WHEN I MOVED. A WEEK AFTER BEING HERE I SAW ROACHES ALL IN MY STOVE( YES IN MY STOVE), BASICALLY EVERYWHERE. .THEY CAME OUT AND SPRAYED A QUICK SECOND, THEY STILL WEREN'T GONE. I HAD TO BUY MY OWN STUFF TO GET RID OF THEM. JUST YESTERDAY I STARTED GETTING MICE. OMG!!!!THEY GAVE ME SOME STUPID LITTLE MOUSETRAP THAT DIDN'T WORK. I HAD TO BUY MY OWN WORKABLE ONE AND I CAUGHT 2 MICE MONDAY AND 2 YESTERDAY EHHH!!!. I REALLY REGRET MOVING HERE. THEN THE HALLWAY CARPET LOOKS LIKE IT HASN'T BEEN CLEANED IN YEARS ITS SMELLS AND VERY NASTY LOOKING AS U CAN SEE BY THE PICTURES. THERE ARE FRUIT FLIES IN THE HALLWAY ALSO. JUST DISGUSTING. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY DOG!!!!
