I love this place! The staff is friendly and very helpful. The office ladies, just gotta love them. I have been here a little over 6 months and plan to stay a long time. Excellent property. Take a look you won't regret it.

I've lived at the Enclave since August of 2017. I love it here. Great location and every maintenance request I've put in has been answered. My dryer went out and I had a new one same day. I live in a 2 bedroom with my sister and I gave the rent check to my sister one month and she forgot to drop it off. The office called me and explained that my check never showed up. I asked if I could write a separate check for the fee because I did not include it in my original check because I had not intended for it to be late. She then told me if I dropped off the check that same day, which is day 4 and should cause a fee, could be waived. I did not expect this but it was an amazing way to save me $50. The only issue I have is the limited parking by my building. I share one lot with 3 total buildings so I can rarely find close parking. But I guess if I wanted to rent a garage I could so that is on me and I cannot complain too much. I love it here and I plan on renewing my lease again.

This makes me pretty sad to type, as it was my husband and I's first home together. I have notified corporate on them due to their blatant disrespect. The office manager hung up on me, then let the phone go to voicemail when I tried to call back. All of this was due to them losing my rent check. We have even started taking pictures of ourselves turning in the rent checks with a time stamp on it because they have done this before. The management has no respect for their customers. Sadly, my husband and I were about to renew our lease but can no longer say that will be happening. I have never in my life been treated with such disrespect. As for noise: the windows are paper thin. One of ours had a crack in it when we moved in and they would not fix it. Grounds: There is water flowing out of one of the hose spouts which constantly floods our parking area. Now this area smells of sewage because of it. There are mushrooms growing in front of our neighbors patio. They have the lawn mowed 1 time a week. Safety: When I let my dogs out at night we always carry a flashlight due to such little lighting. At times, where there are lanterns, the light bulbs have been burnt out for weeks. Neighborhood is really the only good thing about it. I mean this honestly. Maintenance: They have been semi-good with us. They are at least kind. Sometimes things are forgotten or now fixed correctly, but they are nice. That's all I ask for. Staff: They Management is absolutely beyond terrible. They are not profession. They are absolutely not helpful. And overall service level= 0. We loved these apartments until new management stepped in.

the Enclave has nice staff. When I walk into the front office, it is like visiting friends. they always ask how you are and if you need anything. And sometimes we just chat for a bit. The maintenance is good. They respond for regular maintenance within a day or two, and emergency maintenance within hours of not sooner. For the location, and what apartments are priced around the Enclave, it is the least expensive. There are add-ons such as garage, pet rent, washer and dryer rental... but those are expected with any apartment complex. The only complaint I have is that there is a lot of poop from irresponsible pet owners, and pet owners who feel they are beyond the Johnson County Leash Law and their dogs walk freely and sometimes have charged our dogs, or when you complain the owners are quick with curse words. But that is unfortunately beyond managements control. They do send notices out when people notify them of the apartment of the irresponsible pet owner. Other than that, I have lived in apartments for many years, and this one is nice.
