This is my second apartment and let me tell ya, best experience yet. My experience here makes my last place feel like a dump in comparison. I’ve never had faster responses when it comes to maintenance and addressing any concerns I might have. Not only is the landlady super nice, she genuinely makes you feel happy to be a part of the community. My wife, puppy, and I have definitely come to love this place. It’s certainly one of a kind!

Kudos to the manager, Cathleen, and thanks for coordinating the plumbers and HVAC guys. Within about an hour or so, all repairs were made ... such a relief to have all concerns taken care of at once.

I love living here! It’s a quiet and peaceful apartment with friendly neighbors and great management under Cathleen. Maintenance was rarely needed, but they always fixed any problem quickly! I’d recommend this place to anyone!

These are older apartments, so they are well made and extremely quiet. Each apartment has an oversized balcony, hardwood floors and washer/dryer. The rooms are large. Facing east/west, each apartment gets morning and afternoon sun. Walking distance to downtown Overland Park and minutes from Kansas City, this is a good place for young professionals.
