My mother has lived here now for 3 years. She says "its fine". She keeps to herself. Sometimes I will see other tenants gather in the common area on the first floor, hang out, chitchat. Everyone seems very nice. Cindy has been very responsive whenever we had any concerns. All in all I think its a decent place especially when you consider that it is a low income senior living. Nice, clean, decent size apartment for one person. Update: My mom still lives here. Her biggest complaint is the laundry room. She suggests taking your clothes to the laundromat. It’s not really an issue that the building can deal with. It’s just an issue with what the other residents are washing. And..with that issue it’s not something they can control.

The maintenance guy's that work there are very good. The management is the worst I've ever seen. The onsite manager goes by the old adage "I might not be right all the time but I'M never wrong".

Nice people and nice management. Maintenance needs help. They can't keep up. They need an extra person or 1/2. I do find it smelly sometimes and public housekeeping isn't great. On the other end, no insects , grocery store, library, etc real close by. It really is a steal for the location and price you pay.

When I moved in,over 7 years ago the assistant manager was very rude. She is the manager now and it has gotten worse. She pretends to care but is condescending. The place smells really bad and dirty. The floor in the ladies room was sticky and mold is an ongoing problem in many apartments.
