The team here has made it clear that they are interested in renting their units to older people(retirees) and do not follow fair housing. I was discriminated against and fair housing was violated.

We’ve lived at The InnerUrban Lofts for 2 years. It has been great. They really are “Inner Urban”. The location lends itself to being a “walking” community. The shops on Santa Fe, the Farmers Market on Wednesdays and Saturday’s and the variety of restaurants make living in this area vibrant and fun. The InnerUrban Lofts have the ideal location. Situated four blocks west of Metcalf on 79th Street and Conser Street, the IU Lofts are away from busy traffic yet safe and walkable to area merchants. Our neighbors at IU Lofts are diverse, friendly and helpful. Jon, the building manager fosters a community of shared interests. Whether it’s watching Royals/Chiefs on the big screen out on the lovely courtyard/ patio or encouraging us to “meet our neighbors” at the spring planting party, Jon sends out emails to keep us all informed and connected. He also takes care of any “home” issues anytime of day or night. Our smoke alarm started occasionally beeping (battery) at midnight one night. We texted him and he was at our door in 10 minutes. Jon is accessible, a man of his word and we consider him a friend. We feel safe here, the amenities are well maintained and the size (~40 units) is perfect. Check them out for yourself.
