Bed bugs crawl from out the vents and lights now I have mold growing in my living room and bathroom from broken things my apartment went in abatement the slum Lords refused to fix what the state told them to fix also charged 1500 dollars in bed bug treatments and trash any one that lives here needs to look up Kansas code statue 58-2553 it's the owners that by law need to come outa pocket for bed bugs even if you signed a bed bug amamdent hope this really helps because I'm actually gonna be home less because I stayed here at four seasons apartment

Easily a 2.5 to 3 stars. I lived here for three and half years starting in 2013. The property manager at that time was wonderful to work with, and was awesome about getting back in touch with me. It was sad when he left. I did like the property manager after him, but I did notice that issues were tended to in a timely manner. Plus, having teens in the basement smoke pot to have it reach my unit on the second floor was not pleasant. Not offense to those who smoke, I just didn't like my apt smelling like it. Also, the AC will not cool an apt on the second floor. It would easily reach 85 degrees, unfortunately, there wasn't anything that could be done. I was treated well and appreciated the storage spaces that we were able to rent as well. For me, this was a great transition property.

The apartments themselves are nice on the inside. DON'T DARE park your car in the parking lot! If you do park in the lot you better have at least $250-$300 in your pocket. The complex has a contract with Joco tow and they will have your car towed off every chance they get!

Crazy Daisy

I love my one bedroom apartment. it is perfect for just me. And still has plenty of room for out of town company to stay comfortably on my sofa bed. The kitchen is big and basically closed off from the rest of the apartment. The living and dining rooms are just one big open space which leaves a big area to decorate and design to pretty much anyone's tastes and likes. Neighbors are quite Management Excellent. Every time I have the need to call maintenance (only a few times, and one was to ask them to install a handicapped handle in my shower that I purchased) they not only responded very quickly, but also fixed the problem immediately - never longer than 24 hours. I even had to call after 11pm once, and he was here and resolved the situation within two hours from the time I called. This is huge, and I can't tell you much I appreciate this. I only have positive things to say about this place- my new home.
