Seems like Chase Bank does not care about people standing in line to cash a check. 2 tellers for 8 people. 10 minutes and the line did not move. Finally left. Time to switch banks.

Terrible experience. Customer service is terrible. I filed a complaint, but they back each other so my issue was never resolved. I have always heard bad things about Chase, but thought I’d give them a shot. Wish I would have never started banking with this company.

If you need to open a Trust account, the process at this branch was so incredibly straight forward. The customer service provided by the Personal Banker Laura Galvez was spot on...all questions answered...account established...options on accessing the account fully explained. Kudos to the bank and to this young lady in facilitating our needs.

Our refinancing application with Chase Home was underwhelming, if not entirely disappointing. My wife and I both have stellar 800+ FICOs, we pay all of our mortgage payments on the 1st, our joint income is 300K+, and yet, the underwriter chose to reject the application because he wasn't satisfied with the stability or continuity of our revenue stream. We reached back out to see if we could get on the phone with the underwriter and have not heard back. Our only saving grace is that interest rates are even lower now so that when we reapply through our broker, we'll likely get lower interest rates and may also take our business to another bank. Very disappointing. I think your Home Lending team does a disservice to both Chase's customers and Chase Bank.
