Sold our boat through them (The first of two we bought from them) and was charged over one third of the sale price due to hidden fees disclosed only after the check was given to us. Charged for 5 hours of cleaning even though the boat was only on the lake once and stored covered in their facility for a year (out of the water most of the time). Their reaction to our shock was a smile and "So Sorry".
