Completely useless counter reps. If it’s not “in their computer” - it doesn’t exist . Clerk didn’t even know what a pitman arm tool was. 🤦‍♀️ Minimum wage at its finest . They do have free loaner tools though. 🤷‍♀️

Friendly. Gave me the wrong headlight bulb the first time but was able to swap it out for the right one pretty quickly.

I'll never recommend someone visit unless you know exactly what you need along with patience to hopefully get an employee who cares more about the service their providing than just collecting a check and clocking out.

I would suggest doing your own research of what you need prior to going into the store and not going off the people behind the counter going off their computer read out. I was given the wrong transmission fluid for my car and now really paying for it. Not because of to much going in, waiting to long to put any in, purely due to the wrong kind going in. I should of known what i needed prior to going in so i knew what to get - just thought I would pass that, (as simple as it sounds), advice onto others.
