I've done one rotor lots of times you'll be fine

Ken Wright | Aug 27, 2020

I concur with Rob that it just only depends on where the metal rivets dig into the rotor one a disc on one side only wears out more than the other side It is best to replace the brake pads on both sides at the same time though and if you see no scarring on the other side then you're good shape

Do them both. Front or back. Consistency is key to maintain your vehicle and its safety.
