I just dropped off a prescription at the drive-thru since I was unable to walk and my gosh they were so rude. I was told it would take a bit to type in and then they hung up. I tried to call back to see if I'm supposed to wait or leave and come back later but no one would answer again. Ended up leaving and going back later. I am sure there are other pharmacists in town that are open on Sundays, I will be going there next time.

Called at opening for script status. Spoke with pharmacy tech, was placed on hold for info to be located. Was on hold so long it rang through again and I got another pharmacy tech who said oh yea, hold on I’ll get you back with first tech. Was left again too long and started raining again and ended up with some random customer service person who absolutely should not be working in any customer service role. Was told the pharmacy was not open and that I needed to call back at ten. I remarked that that should have been said 3 holds ago and I got an aggressive “I don’t work in the pharmacy and idk what’s going on over there” which is accurate because she doesn’t even know what time they open. We immediately moved our scripts elsewhere.

UPDATE 3/12: 3 stars instead of 5 because they are now closed on Saturday. We need our prescriptions, not for fun but quality of life. If you can just close up shop whenever you feel like it, you NEED to provide alternatives. In many cases, medication can be a life or death thing. Therefore it should be as easy to get as alcohol, a substance like any other. Why is it easy to buy cigarettes and alcohol, but difficult to get *medicine*??? Always manage to get my prescriptions on time mostly (not the case now 3/12). The staff is overworked but surprisingly still very nice. They have helped me out numerous times when I asked for an early refill. They are only the RX distributor/seller. Your insurance/doctor is at fault 90% of the time.

Same as everyone else. Trying to call to see if they received my prescription only to be left on hold for hours. I'm 40 minutes away and find it ridiculous that my only choice is to drive in, wait in line for over an hour to be told a yes or no. Anyone saying that service is great must have family working there.

It's not their fault. It wasn't like this 2 months ago. And I think I'm behind you.
