Went here about 3 months ago to try and get some help for my special needs daughter. Saw Marc once and explained my needs. He said he would have to try and make something for her special. Never got any call from him in 3 months. I left 4 or 5 messages and no call back. Seriously? How much effort does it take to at least call and let me know if you can't help us. Big thumbs down for me!!!

Mark Kuhn does a great job with helping me with my foot problems. He has done my orthotics for the last two years. They have helped me with my foot issues. I highly recommend Spectrum.

I went in after visiting my Doctor for the necessary paperwork back in October. Was told it wouldn’t be more than 2-3 weeks for my shoes to come in. I called in November to check on my shoes because 3 weeks had passed and still no shoes. My husband who also went in for shoes in November and was told 2-3 weeks. I called back the first week of December to check on both orders. This time they said they had no record of my husband’s order. Also my order was on back order. So now I’m curious if I will have to pay out of pocket expense because the order is on back order. I was told they will call back with information on both orders. Another week goes by with no call so I call again them back. Still no information on my husband’s shoes order and I’m told I would have to order something different if I don’t want to pay full price. So now I go online and pick out another shoe call back with a different shoe ( which by the way are far less the than pice quoted ) I don’t know if there another business that does orthopedic shoes but I would not recommend this business.

The people working here are awesome. They're caring and work hard to make sure you're happy with the product you receive. If you have any problems they're always there to get it fix or straightened out. They're always smiling and friendly making you feel like you're their most important customer.
