My packages twice this week were left at my gate. Once during a snowstorm. Today, just tossed on the sidewalk over the gate. The old driver always put the on my covered porch!! Not okay.

I have ordered a phone twice. Both times it has been sent with FedEx. Both times my phone number on the package. Both times the package has been marked non delverable. I spent an hour on hold 3 time's yesterday. The last time finally thought my package would be delivered the next day. No luck what is the point of putting a phone number on the package if the company won't call to fix the problem with the delivery.

Delivery was not made by the time it was suppose to be delivered, I watched the fed ex truck come to a rolling stop at the end of my road, go to the end of that road turn around and continue going the direction he was going. When I called the 800 number it took 20 minutes of calling before finally getting ahold of someone at the local fed ex office.
