EVERY time that I go into the Branch, either the Floor Tellers will assist me at the Kiosk or the Desk Teller. Each and every one in the Branch have been exceptionally helpful and polite. I never spend more than 5 to 10 minutes there. Definitely 5 Star Customer Service

Not sure if it is this branch in particular. But there attitudes towards the customer make you feel awkward and uncomfortable. And opening a new account just seemed to take longer than needed and the whole time I felt like my business wasn't even appreciated and my questions were semi answered if answered at all. P.s. as of 7/17/2016 it's been longer than the time I was told it would take for my card to arrive and they provide no temporary and have no access to my money unless I go in and withdraw it.
