Spoke to someone yesterday about a problem with my account being over drawn the lady was so rude about it telling me if it's not the banks fault I can't help you and when I was talking to her she would just stay silent. I would of appreciated the help not the attitude. I got help from chase support on twitter they did a better job then your employee
