Just go to a credit union and save yourself the stress and I have to agree with the customer below me. I second all of it. Nothing positive nor any benefits of banking with them. Too small to take risks or pass any benefits to its customers. If your thinking about banking here think long and hard and harder.

Provident is the most outdated, overpriced, bs customer service bank around. They have fees for everything. No modern convenience that all other banks possess. And their staff think it’s ok to get slick at the mouth but don’t like it when you get smart back. Take your money to a bank who isn’t dependent on holding onto your money to make money.
