I've entered the bank to open a total checking account for a $200 promotion, I didn't have a reservation but the whole office area was empty, I was appointed at the desk and started showing my paperwork being polite and kind but unfortunately that wasn't enough the banker gave me attitude including rolling his eyes, being bothered when I would ask him questions, etc as he was handing back my ID card he flicked it to me and landed on the floor, instead of apologizing and helping me he started laughing so I decided to pack my things, reached down and get my card from the floor and didn't even bother to say goodbye left without saying a word, this is the ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECEIVED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!!!

Customer service is absolutely horrible, I had an appointment and when I came in for it, they make me stand outside for an hour even though they said it would be a 20 min wait. I was told that all I needed to bring in was 2 forms of ID, then when someone was finally helping me, they told me I couldn’t proceed with opening a checking account because I needed to verify my address in the form of a bill, which they never told be that I needed in the first place, wasted me time completely here.

I wish i could give a lower 0 star. I waited in line for over a hour. They have only have 2 people there to help you. Most of the time only 1 window open. If you want faster banking i would go to anther branch. The staff was a friendly as tbey could be with people waiting in line going out the door.
